Legal & Privacy
1) Terms of Use
Coalition Ready runs rapid-response advocacy campaigns. We provide a branded action page and deliver a guaranteed number of decision-maker touchpoints (calls or letters, in any mix) to targeted offices.
Not legal advice. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. We comply with applicable advocacy and telephony rules.
Your responsibilities (clients).
Use the services lawfully; no threats, abuse, impersonation, or unlawful content.
Lists you provide are consent-based and lawfully obtained.
Where applicable, you handle any lobbying/grassroots registrations and filings in targeted jurisdictions (we can assist by agreement).
No contingent-fee compensation where prohibited.
Our deliverable & guarantee.
A “decision-maker touchpoint” is a verified contact to a targeted office—either a staff-answered call/recorded voicemail (per campaign spec) or a delivered letter/email.
If we deliver fewer touchpoints than you purchased, we refund/credit the shortfall pro-rata. Outcomes (votes, rule changes, meetings) are not guaranteed.
We may pace or reroute delivery to avoid office rate-limits and maximize impact.
Payments & cancellations.
Payment is due up front.
Refunds/credits apply only to undelivered touchpoints. Setup/vendor/processing fees are non-refundable once work begins.
You may pause/terminate; we refund the undelivered balance.
IP, limits, venue.
Our materials remain ours; your brand/content remains yours. Liability capped at fees paid in the prior 3 months; no indirect damages. DC law governs.
Full legal terms, including definitions and remedies, are set in your MSA/SOW.
